I’ll be spending a fair amount of time in here over the next few weeks. Good thing the rest of the students haven’t realised we have this pretty, small library.

My time on a train is spent half reading, half staring out the window. I’m on my way to visit my little brother at uni. I feel like I’ve spent quite a bit of time on trains this last week!

It’s always good to be back in the city. I’m never here long enough, but I damn well make the best of it.

Apparently he’s graduated to reading with me. He makes it quite hard to turn the page. True story: he’s perched on my thumb as I type this. Silly bird.

Currently devouring: vanilla ice cream with melted peanut butter.
You know how sometimes an idea crosses your mind, and you know it’s a bad idea (I’m ill, it’s spectacularly unhealthy), but the only next logical step is to carry it out? Yes, that’s what just happened. It’s delicious. I think I just made my cold ten times worse.

Currently reading Jude the Obscure in a coffeeshop while waiting for a friend. I sincerely hope I like this — Hardy and I get on fabulously with poetry, but not so with his novels.
