LOOK WHAT I GOT IN THE MAIL.
I have been looking for One Hundred and Forty-five Stories in a Small Box, with those three collections: Minor Robberies by Deb Olin Unferth, How The Water Feels to the Fishes by Dave Eggers and Hard to Admit and Harder to Escape by Sarah Manguso for about eight months now, and FINALLY. I found it! The best part is that it was listed as secondhand, but the previous owner hadn’t even removed the plastic wrapping, so it was brand new.
I am thrilled. I’m standing with the Manguso because I want to save Eggers and Unferth for now.

Doctor: You want weapons? We’re in a library. Books! Best weapons in the world. This room’s the greatest arsenal we could have.
Great quote and as an aside, happy birthday David Tennant!
